There was absolutely no party without "Daft Punk is Playing at My House" or "Pow" blasting through the walls. LCD Soundystem was THE band for parties, no doubt about it. They killed it at Coachella! They got all the drunk girls dancing to "Drunk Girls!"
Why am I typing in past tense, though? Well, tragically, LCD Soundsystem is no longer a band! I haven't found out why or anything but this ruined my morning. James Murphy, the vocalist, will most likely to go on to do other music acts. I wonder what the other members are going to do....
Now what music is going to take over parties?
