School's back in session, so what better way to start off January (other than going vegan) than with a playlist? It's the 6th...so I'm a little late, sorry, I was catching up on April Morning, which we had to read for school.
Oh brother, speaking of school, I had detention. I'm a rebel. It was my first detention ever and it was very chill. I was able to get some reading done on Our Band Could be your Life, a very interesting book.
I've been raised with punk rock (how corny does that sound?!) and lately I've taken the time to listen to it more than I used to. This explains why half my playlist is punk. If you listen to some of the song's lyrics, a lot by Crass, they're so intelligent. Its the art of cramming in a ton of aggrevating topics into a crazy, fast song.
Oh and to warn you, I mixed this punk with some other fun songs that are definitely not punk.
So here it goes!
1) Adolescents-Amoeba
I've always loved this song, it just makes my day.
2) Crass- Fight Wars not Wars
Simple as that.
3) OMD- Electricity
Such an awesome song, a lot of current bands seem to be inspired by it.
4)Circle Jerks- Beverly Hills
The first time I heard this song when I was just a tiny thing I sang it at school, home, everywhere. How bad ass. Every couple of days now, I still sing it.
5)Smith Westerns- Weekend
I told you have a lot of different music...This song is most definitely not punk rock.
6) Seconds- Young Until I Die
My mama's song. I want to see 7 Seconds live so bad!
7)Crass- Big A Little
Crass is like one of my favorite bands, now. I love the lyrics.
8)Sylvester- You Make Me Feel
Dude. How couldn't I have put this song on?
9)Dum Dum Girls- Bhang Bhang I'm a Burnout
Hahahahahha.
10)Ratatat- Party With Children
Because you should.
11) Blondie-Heart of Glass
A classic.

I'm vegan Clara. I tell you just for learn. There's a lot of products that are not vegan at all. I hope that you read my last comment (erased). You are young and you can learn a lot off. The medicines, the vaccines, the sugar, the broccoli, the vinegar, the palm oil, the bags, are not vegan at all. I think you are very intelligent and brave, sooo for example you are worried about insects? You kill accidentally? Girl I'm vegan since uuuummmmmm. Don't give up.
Pep...I find your comments divisive. Clara uses ALL VEGAN products in her baking. Don't anonymously insinuate otherwise. As for broccoli and insects...don't eat it if you think it's harmful, don't kill bugs if you appreciate all living things. Telling Clara to never give up is silly. She never will.
